Our Grooming Department is one of the finest in the Bay Area. Our head dog and cat groomer, Maria Becerra, has been working in the pet grooming field for 18 years. Her expertise comes from loving her profession and her desire to please a pet’s owner. An added bonus to working so closely with the veterinary hospital, is that the grooming department can often bring to the owners’ attention medical problems that may have been missed or that could be a problem in the future.
The grooming team is well versed in first aid, as well as triage for our very delicate clients that may have weak dispositions. Our number one goal is to keep the health and welfare of our charges intact and have them leave coifed to the precision of excellence.

Maria has been involved with grooming for the last 18 years. Starting as a young woman at the age of 18 years old, Maria grasped the concept of animal care and grooming very quickly. Under the tutelage of a Master Groomer here in Marin, Maria quickly escalated to the fine use of scissor cutting. Upon moving to Pet Agree Pet Store and Grooming in 2000, she became well versed in all aspects of the trade and continued to master her craft. In 2005, Miracle Mile Veterinary Hospital, Inc. purchased Pet Agree and noting the skills of grooming and management, Maria is the facility’s most valuable asset. She has proceeded to have a wonderful following and continues to grow the grooming side of the business. Maria has 3 children, 2 dogs, chickens, fish, turtles, and a guinea pig. She welcomes all to come and use her services and give your beloved pet the pampering it deserves.
